As you might expect from a single estate producer of the finest Sicilian olive oil, standards are uncompromising.  The finest olives are used to produce the highest quality olive oil through a carefully measured blend of native Sicilian Cerasuola, Nocellara and Biancolilla olives. The result is an oil that is soft and decidedly nutty in flavour.

The olive groves are owned and managed directly by the family.  Each and every olive is grown on the Racalia estate. No other olives are included in the make up of Racalia Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil.

The health benefits of high quality, organic, extra virgin olive oil are well documented. Our Organic farming practices, our mineral enriched soil, our natural springs and the care and attention we give our trees, ensure we produce a vibrant, delicious and health-boosting olive oil of exceptional quality.  The polyphenol count for our 2023 harvest is 335 (mg/kg) as measured by chemical analysis. Above 220 is considered high.
